My Fees

My fees are as set out within the pricing packages on this website and if you live within 15 miles of Papplewick, Nottingham. If you are based outside of this, I will add 45p per mile each way.

You can pay me by cash, cheque or PayPal on the day.

If you need to cancel a consultation or session please give me as much notice as possible and a minimum of 24 hours. I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £30 for consultations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Additional costs on the day

If during the reorganisation and tidying process you decide to use the storage containers and specialist hangers I bring with me, these will be charged in addition to the cost of the consultation, chargeable at cost price.  Prices for such items will be discussed prior to the end of the session. 

Photographs

I usually like to take before & after photographs during our consultations; please let me know if you do not want me to share images on my website or social media pages. (PIctures would only be taken as an overview of your wardrobe and would be kept entirely discreet, no names given) 

Images may be used for marketing purposes and remain the property of Wardrobe Fairy Nottingham.

Gift Vouchers

If you are lucky enough to have been treated to a Wardrobe Fairy Nottingham gift voucher, these are valid for 3 months from the date on the voucher.  Please contact me to arrange an appointment within that 3 months otherwise the voucher will unfortunately be invalid.

Boutique Terms & Conditions

Postage & Packaging

All our beautiful clothes and accessories are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and dispatched in mailing bags. Standard UK second class postage takes between 3-5 days and is sent via Royal Mail. If you require your item sooner please email [email protected] for further postage costs.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us.

SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY - YOU WILL BE EMAILED A CREDIT NOTE TO THE VALUE OF THE RETURN.

If you wish to return an item please email [email protected] with your purchase date and order number. The good will need to be returned in the condition you received them with packaging and labels still attached.

To receive a refund your item must be unusued and in the same condition you received it, no makeup or deodorant stains etc and must NOT have been worn.

Once the items have been returned and inspected you will be issued with a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days..

Items including a jewellery, hair accessories and scarves are NON-RETURNABLE.

Free Delivery / Click & Collect

The free delivery service or click and collect is only available to those living in the NG15 postcode, within the areas of Hucknall / Linby / Papplewick and Bestwood Village.
